    Good but bad

    The mask does a good job for the skin, but after 1.5 years of use, it stops charging. The warranty only lasts for a year, and that's bad for something that costs so much.

      Hey Sara! 💛 So nice to hear that the mask has been beneficial for your skin, but of course super annoying that it has stopped charging🩷 A couple of things you can try to get the charging going again: 🔌 Clean the charging points – both on the mask and the charger. A little dust, cream residue, or moisture can prevent it from making contact. 🔌 Try a different wall outlet or USB adapter – sometimes it’s the charger that’s acting up. 🔌 Hold the mask in place extra firmly in the charger for a few seconds – some models need to be "kickstarted" to begin charging. 🔌 Let it sit on the charger for at least 30–60 minutes even if it doesn’t show anything at first – sometimes it still takes a charge and the display will come on later.
