Hey Sara! đ
So nice to hear that the mask has been beneficial for your skin, but of course super annoying that it has stopped chargingđ©·
A couple of things you can try to get the charging going again:
đ Clean the charging points â both on the mask and the charger. A little dust, cream residue, or moisture can prevent it from making contact.
đ Try a different wall outlet or USB adapter â sometimes itâs the charger thatâs acting up.
đ Hold the mask in place extra firmly in the charger for a few seconds â some models need to be "kickstarted" to begin charging.
đ Let it sit on the charger for at least 30â60 minutes even if it doesnât show anything at first â sometimes it still takes a charge and the display will come on later.
Have a great day! đ
