      hi Selma 👋 Yes, it removes waterproof makeup, including mascara and eyeliner. 😊 You usually don’t need a separate makeup remover, but it can be nice to follow up with a regular facial cleanser afterwards for an extra clean feeling. 🩷 Have the BEST time!
