    Hairy?

    I don't even know if the palette is safe to use as several of them have lots of small hairs on them. Incredibly disappointing for a palette that costs almost 1000 kr. Update: received a new palette with exactly the same problem.

      I look the same, and when I asked the manufacturer, I was told that everyone looks like this! It's unavoidable since the formula contains wax, which appears as visible fibers when it cools down. Totally normal! It disappears immediately when you use the formula and the wax gets warm and melts back into the formula.
