Can't twist up?
Hey! I just got a new bronzer as a Christmas gift after my old one ran out, I really love this bronzer but for some reason it won't twist up. I haven't had it long and have only used it about 3 times. I've tried putting it in the freezer, taking off the bottom and trying to twist it up and a bunch more but nothing seems to work. Can someone help me with this, what can I do to make it work? Is there a possibility to get a new one if it can't be fixed? I have had this kit for a few months now and I love the results, but I find that the nails don't hold very long and start to peel after just 2-5 days, which feels like they shouldn't do. What could this be due to? I have done all the steps that are on the packaging, I have also tried filing the tops of the nails to give the polish something to adhere to a little better, I have also tried to cure the polish a little longer than recommended. None of my attempts have worked and the longest they lasted was about a week. It would be so great to get a response. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Siri To avoid the polish chipping, you should carefully prepare the nails, apply thin layers (too thick layers can cause the polish to chip faster). Avoid painting outside the nail so that the polish makes contact with the skin, and ensure that the curing is correct. If the problem persists, it might be a good idea to double-check that the LED lamp and products are in good condition (e.g. that the lamp is not defective).
