Bought this when Loreal stopped selling Superliner where the tip is dipped in a jar. The pencil dried very quickly and can now only be used to achieve a smoky look, not a sharp black color. Even before it dried, it was hard to get color out of the pencil, only managed to paint one eye and then had to wait a while until new color came out on the tip. The pencil has been standing with the tip down in a cool cupboard, so it shouldn't dry out so fast.
Please start selling eyeliner where you dip the tip in a jar again, now I have to test my way through the range from competitors instead (so far, YSL Couture eyeliner seems best, but not as good as the old Loreal superliner).
