Bought this flat iron in 2023, chose this one specifically because it was recommended by store staff, and considering the price, I thought it would be of good quality.
Now it's been just under 3 years and just like many others write, it stopped working, it lights up red and beeps. The warranty has expired so there wasn't much to do, I was offered a discount if I buy the flat iron again which unfortunately wasn't very tempting.
Otherwise, I have been satisfied but would not recommend this as it seems to be a common problem.
