    Loses knobs

    Worked great at first, easy to clean and detangles hair well. Unfortunately, it loses the knobs after a few months, which irritates the scalp and damages the hair.

    Too warm-toned

    Think pink is unfortunately more peachy-pink than the pictures show. Had hoped for a cooler tone.
