    Did not work at all

    I have been using it for several weeks now but see no difference in my blonde ends at all, they are just as yellow. Very disappointed!

      Hey Sofie! 👋😊 Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your experience 💌 I really understand that it feels disappointing when you don't get the results you hoped for 💜 When it comes to silver shampoo and similar products, there can be several factors that affect the results: ✹ Hair quality and porosity – If the hair is very healthy or shiny, it can be difficult for the pigments to adhere. ✹ Time in the hair – Sometimes the product needs to sit a little longer to give a noticeable effect. ✹ Repeated treatments – It may take several uses for the shade to build up. ✹ Product combination – For best results, you can combine it with a silver conditioner or a hair mask, so that the pigments are "locked in". One tip is to try letting the product sit for a minute longer than usual (but not over the recommended time on the packaging), and make sure the hair is thoroughly cleansed of styling residues before application.
