    Clumps incredibly fast, comes out of the holder very unevenly distributed on the brush. Very wet mascara that can easily be smudged.

      Hi Sofie! 🥰 Thanks for sharing your experience! What you describe often happens with brand new and/or "wet" mascaras that put too much product on the brush – or when the wiper in the opening doesn’t remove the excess evenly. Try this: Gently wipe off excess at the opening and on the brush tip without pumping the wand, apply thin layers and wait a bit between each stroke, and use a clean lash comb to separate lashes while the mascara is still fresh. To avoid smudging, you can put some powder under your eyes or consider a waterproof or "tubing" formula if you often experience transfer. Also remember to keep the tube clean. If the wiper lets clumps through every time, the product might be defective. Hope this helps 😊 Have a great day!
