Oh no, how strange that you really can't get the pump up! Here are some tips that usually solve it:
🔧 1. Press down and twist at the same time
Often you need to press the pump down a bit and twist to the left to unlock it.
💪 2. Hold the cap firmly
Sometimes the entire cap spins instead of the pump itself. Hold the bottom part firmly with one hand while twisting the pump with the other.
🎯 3. Remove the entire pump cap
Unscrew the entire pump from the bottle and try to open the pump mechanism when it’s loose – that usually makes it easier.
💦 4. Warm water
Quickly run the upper part of the pump under warm water for 5–10 seconds – sometimes the plastic is a bit tight.
