Dissatisfied
My hair dries much slower than with my previous GHD hair dryer, even though I don't have thick hair. The hair dryer blows so hard that my hair gets tangled and has knots. It sounds loud and bright, especially when using the diffuser, so much that you need to hold your ear on the side you're drying.
