I bought this shampoo and conditioner because I believed all the claims and recommendations, but I ended up being very disappointed.
Yes, the scent is amazing, and that’s probably the best thing about the products. However, the first time I apply the shampoo, it barely lathers at all, even when I rub it between my hands first, massage it thoroughly into my hair, and add water. On the second wash it lathers a bit more, but not enough to make up for the results.
What disappointed me the most is how drying it is. I have never used a shampoo and conditioner that dried out my hair this much. Instead of feeling soft and moisturized, my hair felt hard, rough, and stripped of moisture after washing.
While the fragrance is lovely, it provided no hydration for my hair and left it feeling worse than before. I am very disappointed with this purchase and will definitely not be buying it again.
