      Hey Tilda😊 Yes, when I look, I find that the Maybelline Sculpting Stix Eyeliner Mocha Contour can be used on the waterline as it is ophthalmologically tested and also suitable for sensitive eyes. However, it is not waterproof, so the longevity on the waterline may be somewhat limited. For the best and most long-lasting results, an eyeliner specifically designed for the waterline is recommended. I hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice day💫
