Dried Out
Was super excited to get this product. But when I open it, it’s completely dried out and the packaging feels empty. Can’t even get the product out. I totally understand that this isn’t a common issue and is probably a production error. But it’s still a bit disappointing.1 product in post Dried Out7369 views- The comment was made 3 weeksI got mine yesterday and it was also dry.. I had to struggle to get the color out. Really annoying!
