      It doesn't matter what you say here, if you get unwanted results like these, which you clearly stated over the phone afterwards when the damage was already done that one can get such, then you are primarily responsible for writing it under info that one can react like this to these acids in the product, and one also has the right to complain about the item then. If this is something you missed, I think you should call the skincare unit at the Medicines Agency, which has enacted laws and regulations regarding what applies here. No further comment now regarding this as it is with Arn now!
