    Orders made as gifts that did not arrive. Customer service zero response, total ignorance. DO NOT RECOMMEND

      Woman, what nonsense are you talking about?! I placed an order and only received an invoice, nothing more. There was no information about a failed payment. Moreover: only when I wrote to you, Malgorzata, did you bother to respond that the payment did not go through, after which you referred me to the service that your site uses as a payment provider. You didn't ask if you could help with anything. You just brushed me off and closed the topic. This only shows that customer service is foreign to you, and it looks really bad from your side. And the only doubts I have concern purchases on your site. But here the answer is probably clear.
