Now that my skin is in much better condition but still gets a few pimples here and there, I switched back down to 10% again. This one works well right now, it feels almost a bit oily/greasy when you first pat it in, but it settles quite quickly. I would definitely recommend this or common clouds 10% for anyone wanting to try azelaic acid. Tested both pearly boost and platinum ice. Pearly boost: the roots that were level (yellow) 8-9 became a light beige brown with a super light pink tone. The rest of the hair, which is level 9-10, became beige blonde/silver blonde. Platinum ice: somewhat more gray result instead of beige blonde. A little tip is to try a smaller amount, distribute it in your palms, and apply only from the middle to the ends on towel-dried hair.
