The effectiveness of products is always very individual, and I completely understand your frustration if it hasn’t suited your use as expected.
However, we at Lyko do not have a so-called “satisfaction guarantee,” so we cannot (at least for now) accept returns/complaints for products that have been used but have not been satisfactory/suited for use.
Of course, if you ordered 2 pieces and one is still unopened, you can create a return request through your user account as usual!
The return policy is usually 14 days from the time you received the ordered product, but for products purchased in November-December, there is an extended exchange and return policy until January 14th.
