    Doesn't slip or run, but requires practice to get a nice result. Instructional videos would be good to find somewhere.

    pampering the hair

    Opens knots well and does not pull or break hair when brushing, for example, after a shower. I'm trying Lyko's brush for the first time, so I don't know if previous models are better =)

    Top product for dry skin

    This meets all expectations by being fragrance-free, a pH 5 product for dry skin, from which even atopic skin benefits. Keeps the skin in good condition summer and winter, and hardly any rashes or itching occur, at least not due to dryness. Highly recommended!

    Sim sensitive leave kn cond.

    Hi! I bought 2 pieces of this product, but it causes itching on my scalp. I intended to buy the Sim sensitive hair serum, but I accidentally ordered this. Now that I've tried it, it doesn't work for my atopic and allergic skin. Is there any possibility to return the product now? T Sonja Lindberg

I’m sorry to hear that the product hasn’t been suitable for you 🩷 The effectiveness of products is always very individual, and I completely understand your frustration if it hasn’t suited your use as expected. However, we at Lyko do not have a so-called “satisfaction guarantee,” so we cannot (at least for now) accept returns/complaints for products that have been used but have not been satisfactory/suited for use. Of course, if you ordered 2 pieces and one is still unopened, you can create a return request through your user account as usual! The return policy is usually 14 days from the time you received the ordered product, but for products purchased in November-December, there is an extended exchange and return policy until January 14th. Thank you for your understanding, and have a wonderful start to the new year ✨
