    Poor quality?

    I really like the brush, how it detangles my hair after a shower like never before. However, I have experienced after a few months that almost all the black "balls" on each bristle have come off for me. This leads to it now hurting against my scalp, which I don't think should happen with a more expensive brush. People I know who have also used the brush, even for longer than me, have not experienced the same thing with the black tips coming off, so I wonder if there is some factory defect with my brush, because I haven't used it aggressively or excessively.

To register a return or complaint request, log in to your account 2. Click on MY PAGES 3. Then select Order history 4. Click on the relevant order number for the items you wish to return/complain about 5. Click on RETURN/COMPLAINT 6. Fill in the quantity and return/complaint reason in the text box under the selected product 7.
