I really like the brush, how it detangles my hair after a shower like never before. However, I have experienced after a few months that almost all the black "balls" on each bristle have come off for me. This leads to it now hurting against my scalp, which I don't think should happen with a more expensive brush.
People I know who have also used the brush, even for longer than me, have not experienced the same thing with the black tips coming off, so I wonder if there is some factory defect with my brush, because I haven't used it aggressively or excessively.
