      Hey Wilma! 😊 This toner is semi-permanent, which means that the color pigments sit on the outside of the hair strand instead of penetrating deeply. It is primarily designed to refresh the hair, add shine, and even out the tone. Since it is not permanent, the color lasts shorter than traditional hair dye, which means you need to tone the hair a little more often to maintain the result.
