Really good straightener for my curly and thick hair, BUT today the iron suddenly started flashing a red "alarm" light and beeping while straightening. I've used the product as I should, don't know why it started doing that. I asked ChatGPT and it said the product is broken and shouldn't be used anymore. I bought my iron here from Lyko about two years ago.. Could it be a defective product..? I would understand if the iron lasted for years, but two years?!
