Natural shade for both top and ends?

Hi, I have a year old balayage with some lighter ends, so my base is moe virgin hair with some white stubborn greys. I was wondering if there is a lighter shade i could use that wouldnt change the base color, but would still cover the greys and even out the ends, since i would like to keep some dimension. But this would just make it more simple coloring at home. I am also wondering if this color is permanent of semipermanent regarding the greys. I like the neutral tones, so not yellow and not red pigment in the mix.
