I first bought the Sound Sleep Cocoon because I liked the idea of a night cream with a relaxing lavender scent, but the little sleep experience that comes with it was a very pleasant surprise. You can listen to calming sounds while winding down or trying to fall asleep, and it actually makes the whole evening routine a bit cozier.
