Very good coverage
I have tried several concealers but this was really the best match for me. The color, which has a bit of pink undertones, evens out the darkness under my eyes. Not the best concealer I've tried, but very affordable and moisturizing. Just the right amount of hydration and coverage, but not 100% full coverage for someone with very dark circles. 🤍✨ A concealer that gives really nice coverage!
I was actually really impressed by e.l.f/. Hydrating Camo Concealer in Light Ivory! I really like when a concealer can provide solid coverage without feeling heavy and cakey on the skin, and I think this one manages that balance very well. 🥹 The first thing I noticed is the texture. It’s quite creamy and pigmented, so I really don’t need much product. I usually prefer to start with a little and then build up where I want more coverage. A small amount goes surprisingly far. 😂 I especially like how it works under the eyes. It gives an even and nice coverage while the finish still feels quite soft and satin-like. I don’t think the skin looks completely flat or overly matte afterwards, which I really appreciate. ✨ Light Ivory is also a very nice light shade for me when I want a bit more brightness under the eyes. I think it gives the whole base a fresher look without being too white. The applicator is also really good. It’s large and allows you to quickly get the product where you want it. Then I usually dab it out with a sponge or brush, and I think it blends very nicely. One thing I really like is that it feels more moisturizing than many other highly pigmented concealers I’ve tried. I want to get a lot of coverage without the under-eye area feeling dry, and I think this one is really pleasant in that regard. 🤍 I also think it’s incredibly good value. For around a hundred kronor, you get quite a large amount and a product that feels much more expensive than it actually is. The only thing I would be careful about is not overdosing. It’s so pigmented that it’s very easy to take more than you need. 😂 Start thin and build up – that’s when I think the result looks best.
