Defective product
For some reason, I can't find the order under my orders, but the order number is 36125716 I have used the product for about a year, and my latest order with refill had both bottles defective and unusable... I don't know if something has changed in the formula after it was sold out for a while? Very sad not to be able to use it anyway604 views- The comment was made 2 weeksMine looked like that too, after a quick Google search I found out that the liquid in the bottles behaves like that when exposed to cold and is therefore completely normal and does not affect the usage 🙂. A tip is to contact customer service before writing a negative review, this drags down the whole rating even though nothing was wrong.
