    Defective product

    For some reason, I can't find the order under my orders, but the order number is 36125716 I have used the product for about a year, and my latest order with refill had both bottles defective and unusable... I don't know if something has changed in the formula after it was sold out for a while? Very sad not to be able to use it anyway

      Mine looked like that too, after a quick Google search I found out that the liquid in the bottles behaves like that when exposed to cold and is therefore completely normal and does not affect the usage 🙂. A tip is to contact customer service before writing a negative review, this drags down the whole rating even though nothing was wrong.

    Throwing money into the sea

    First impression was that it was a very nice brush that made my hair shiny and pretty - but I immediately noticed that it got worse and worse each time. The bristles do not stay in any way in the "cushion" they are in, but go straight into the back of the brush. You could pull each bristle back, but many fell out, and for the price, you expect not to have to "fix the product" after each use.
