Defective product
For some reason, I can't find the order under my orders, but the order number is 36125716 I have used the product for about a year, and my latest order with refill had both bottles defective and unusable... I don't know if something has changed in the formula after it was sold out for a while? Throwing money into the sea
First impression was that it was a very nice brush that made my hair shiny and pretty - but I immediately noticed that it got worse and worse each time. The bristles do not stay in any way in the "cushion" they are in, but go straight into the back of the brush. You could pull each bristle back, but many fell out, and for the price, you expect not to have to "fix the product" after each use.1 product in post Throwing money into the sea
