Use a moisturizing cream first and then No.7 as a protective barrier. Try using a small amount and work it into the hair. Try using another oil as a complement – If your hair is super dry, a more nourishing oil (e.g. argan oil) under No.7 can help.     Unfortunately, Olaplex's products don't work very well for my hair, why? I don't know. This one smells good and a couple of drops make my hair shiny and nice. But a couple of drops too many make my hair too oily/looks greasy. Unfortunately, I haven't experienced that this makes my hair stronger or works well with styling my hair.
