    Before Highlights

I'm currently blonde and want to lighten my roots with highlights. I don't have any hair dye in, but I've toned them before, so I was thinking about using this before I do highlights. How necessary is it to do 3 treatments? Can it have an effect even if I only use one pack?

Hey Alice! 👋🏼 It's a really good idea to cleanse your hair before bleaching it, as it reduces the risk of chemical reactions 💗 To properly cleanse your hair and remove as much pigment as possible from your toning, it's recommended that you do three treatments 🫧 If you only do one treatment, a lot of buildup may still remain. Take care! ❄️

    Lightening

Hey! I want to start lightening my hair and become light again, but I want to lighten my hair first. Is this a good start before I start bleaching/highlighting? I'm dark brown now😇

Hey Erica Emilia Linnea! 🤩 True Colour Reboot is a great first step before you bleach or highlight, as it helps wash out artificial color pigments and even out the tone 👍🏼☺️ Then they will go on easier and be a bit gentler to continue with bleaching 💛 Have a nice day 🎄

    Amount?

Hi. I see that it says to mix with 180 g of water and use it immediately. Then it says to repeat the procedure 2 more times. Does that mean you need 3 packages? Do you do the 3 treatments back to back, or does there need to be a certain amount of time in between? How necessary is it to use a detox shampoo beforehand?

Hey Maria! 😊 To get the best results, you need one packet per application, as each pouch is mixed with 180 g of hot water to create gel ⭐ When the instructions say to repeat twice, it means a total of three treatments, with a new packet each time 🤗 You can do these treatments back to back during the same occasion, and it's good to use a detox shampoo beforehand, as it makes the hair extra clean and ready for the treatment. It gives a more even result and prepares the hair perfectly for coloring ✨ Good luck in your home salon and have a nice day 🤍

Hey hey Alma 🤩 Not sure if you put this question on the "wrong" product 🙈 This is a deep cleansing treatment in powder form 👍🏻

    Black hair

Does this work on black hair or does it make no difference for lightening? ☺️

Hey Elin! 👋🏼 Reboot is a great first step to use before you lighten your hair with bleaching, to remove any build-up and make the hair ready for the next step 🥰 Unfortunately, it won't give any noticeable lightening on black hair, as you'll need to use bleaching 🙈 Have a nice day! ☃️
