I think definitely yes, but the hair won't be 100% straight. I tried this brush on my mom, who has curly hair, and it looked really great, but before styling you need to dry it properly so that it’s fairly smooth❀❀

    Uneven heat

Uneven heat distribution, which makes it mostly useless as only the bottom 3 cm are hot enough to style the hair. Would not recommend!

    Satisfied

Loved this, I have the older model which I was very satisfied with, so I thought I would try Björn Axén but no, I changed my mind and bought this and am so happy. Best heated brush there is and I have frizzy curly hair so very satisfied with this!

    45 or 38 mm?

I see you are sold out of the 45mm, will you be getting them back in stock? And what are the differences between the two sizes?

Hello! 😊 I took a closer look and can see that the Cera IR Hotstyling Brush 45 mm is ordered and will be back in stock again. We don’t have an exact date right now, but please watch it so you’ll get an email as soon as it’s back in stock 💌 If you want the most volume and big, soft blowout curls, I would recommend 45 mm. 38 mm gives a bit more shape and bend at the ends and often suits shoulder-length or shorter hair better. All the best! ✹

    Best heat tool

My favorite heat tool! It gives me exactly what I want, which is just slightly curled ends👌 Easy to use and quick to apply, so it’s so good when you’re a bit stressed. The only downside is that you can’t see how fast it reaches the right temperature, but it seems to heat up pretty quickly so maybe it doesn’t matter😊 #lykoreview

If I remember correctly, the temperature blinks during heating, when the degree on the tongs then becomes static and stops blinking, it has reached its temperature

    only dry hair?

Hi! Does this only work on dry hair if I understood the description correctly? I thought heat brushes can often be used when the hair is a bit semi-wet to blow dry and style at the same time. Thanks for the answer!

    How do you clean it

Hi Anna-Maria! It's perfectly fine to clean this, and we recommend doing it regularly for the best results đŸ’« Always start by unplugging it and letting the brush cool down completely. Then remove any trapped hairs and feel free to use a small brush or your fingers to gently clean between the bristles from dust and product residue. If needed, you can also wipe the surface with a lightly damp cloth. Be careful not to submerge the brush in water or expose it to too much moisture, as this can damage the electronics ❀ Take care!

I have thick hair and it's very damaged due to bleaching. I would like to have some curls, wayve ish can it be recommended?? And which one is best? 32/38 or 45 mm. Plus if it doesn't suit my hair and I won't use it or if it breaks, can it be returned?

Hey Sedra! 👋 Which size fits best depends a bit on how long your hair is and what result you want to achieve. ‱ 45 mm works well if you have longer hair and want bigger, softer volume. ‱ 38 mm is often a good choice for hair that is about shoulder length. ‱ 32 mm fits better if you have shorter hair or want more curled ends and a clearer shape. We offer a 14-day free return policy on unopened and unused products. If you experience a fault with the product, you can always register a complaint via My Pages, and we will help you further đŸ€ Take care! 🌞

Is Cera IR Hotstyling brush 38 mm bi-voltage?

Is the Cera IR Hotstyling brush 38 mm both 220V and 110V?

For the Cera IR Hotstyling Brush 38 mm hot-styling brush, there is no indication according to the official product information and specification sheets that the device supports dual-voltage (110 V/220 V). 🔌 Based on the available product descriptions, the brush is listed with a standard European mains voltage (approximately 220-240 V), and no dual-voltage specification is mentioned in the technical details provided by sellers. The detailed specification from at least one reseller indicates a voltage input of only 220-240 V, with no reference to support for 110 V. What this means ✔ The device should work directly in countries that use ~220-240 V mains voltage (like most of Europe). ⚠ It will likely not work correctly on 110-120 V systems (for example, in the US, Japan, parts of Latin America) without a suitable voltage converter/transformer – just using a plug adapter is not sufficient. Always check the label on the device itself or in the manual for exact voltage information before plugging it into a different power grid, as manufacturers sometimes list the full electrical specifications there. If you want a similar heated brush that does support both voltages for travel, I can help find dual-voltage alternatives.

    I have a question,

Is it normal for the brush to make a slight vibrating sound? Should it be completely silent?

Hey!😊 No worries, that slight vibration noise is completely normal for the Cera IR Hotstyling Brush. The device doesn’t have a fan like a hairdryer, but during the heating of the heating elements and the operation of the IR technology, a soft hum or vibration may be audible. It’s just a sign that the brush is working as it should ❀ If the sound is quiet and even (without banging or grinding), there’s no reason to worry. However, if something sounds concerning, let us know, we’re happy to help 💛
