    Doesn't become mousse

    Hi! I shake the bottle well according to the instructions and hold the bottle up, but only liquid comes out and it doesn't turn into mousse. Could there be something wrong with the bottle that prevents it from achieving mousse consistency? Best regards

    Super good but slow

    Gives super good volume but super hard to get anything out. It's like super slow and I bought one for my friend too, and hers comes out liquid instead of mousse. Is it supposed to be like that?
