One wonders if this even went through consumer testing. First of all, it gives no glow, it just sits as a matte film on the skin. Want to use it under makeup? Think again! This makes the entire base crumble off. I have previously used Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Filter and Glow ID glass skin drops. Buy one of those instead of this completely worthless product.
