    This shampoo truly feels like a luxurious salon experience at home. You only need a small amount to get a rich, thick, and creamy lather that spreads easily in the hair. The foam feels very soft and makes the cleansing both effective and pleasant. The scent is also fantastic – so good that you almost don’t want to finish shampooing. After washing, the hair feels noticeably softer, smoother, and gets a nice natural shine without weighing it down. The hair feels fresh and well-cared for already after the first use, making this shampoo a real favorite in the shower.     Not hydrating enough

    Shampoo: Packaging: Beautiful design, however it misses instructions to better use the product. It portions the shampoo well, but I personally prefer pump bottles. Fragrance: I very much like it, citrusy and floral on the right measure. Luxurious. Texture: It is a pearlescent shampoo, it’s creamier than transparent ones. To be considered a crème, I expected it to be creamier and denser as my Metal DX from L'Oreal. Results: Not at all as expected. The shampoo cleaned very well, but did not take care of the frizz. But as said, I expected it creamier and denser, and in this sense, that would lather more. I had to use more product than I am used on the extension of my hair. During rinsing process I already felt that it would not be as hydrating as I expected, because with my other products, at rinsing, I can already feel my hair aligning and untangling. This is an extra problem since Kérastase does not have conditioner in their lines, just masque (which I also used and will do a review on this website too). As the before and after pictures can show, the frizz is not going away. I really wanted this to be the product I could use this summer without having to hot styling my hair.... But it is just not worth it. High price and does not deliver what it is promised. My hair gets more hydrated and less frizzy with other products, like the Metal DX from L'Oreal Professional. Points only for the sensorial experience of the fragrance. The evaluation was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the tester received the product for free.

    Shampoo that beats everything!

    The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the test pilot got to try the product for free. I have tested different products and nothing beats Kérastase Gloss! It smells good and feels luxurious. It creates good lather and is easy to massage into the hair. I have used it daily and noticed that my hair becomes softer and smoother and not as “frizzy” anymore. I have had some problems with dandruff when using strong shampoo products but this one is gentle on the scalp. The packaging is so beautiful now. I have also received lots of compliments that my hair looks shiny and healthy. So I will definitely buy a new one when my current one runs out!

    Very good!

    Lovely scent!

    First and foremost, the scent is lovely! Good and creamy consistency that creates a pleasant lather. However, I wish there was a snap cap on the bottle. Now both hands are needed to open it. I think my damaged hair feels smoother and softer. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the tester got to try the product for free.

    Moisturized and shiny hair? Yes!!

    Enjoying moisturized, bouncy, and shiny hair. It’s supposed to provide 4 days of anti-frizz, and yes, the shampoo does! The shampoo smells great and lathers wonderfully. I can really recommend this product to those of you looking for a shampoo that gives that little extra to your hair. Even the scalp feels moisturized and free from dry flakes.

    Kérastase Gloss Absolu Bain Riche Shampoo

    I have been testing the Kérastase Gloss Absolu line for 2 weeks now. I have long hair that can be somewhat dry, with a tendency to frizz. This shampoo makes my hair feel very clean, and my hair is noticeably softer, smoother, and shinier after use. ➕ Light and clean hair for several days. ➕ Less frizz and more shine. ➕ Smells really good, almost like at a spa. ➖ The only downside is the price, which is a bit steep 😅 The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the tester received the product free of charge.

    Lovely!

    I have used this shampoo two to three times now and am very satisfied. It smells absolutely lovely and rinses out easily. I feel like my hair has become less frizzy. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the tester received the product for free.

    Not impressed

    I got such greasy hair from using the products in this series. It gives shine but I felt my hair was so heavy and yes, greasy. The review was done on behalf of Smartson – the test pilot tried the product for free.
