It's super hard to give an exact answer here since everyone has different amounts depending on how much or thick hair they have or if they shampoo 2 times! 🥰👍 A rule of thumb could be that a dose is about 5-10ml of shampoo and about 5-15ml of conditioner. How long these last totally depends on how often you wash your hair, of course! 🦁1 likes

Use:
Apply to freshly washed & damp hair. Leave on for 1-2 minutes, rinse.
1/3 of the conditioner can advantageously be left in the hair.
For best results, use after HYDRATE-ME.WASH.
