      Hi Inger! It's super hard to give an exact answer here since everyone has different amounts depending on how much or thick hair they have or if they shampoo 2 times! 🥰👍 A rule of thumb could be that a dose is about 5-10ml of shampoo and about 5-15ml of conditioner. How long these last totally depends on how often you wash your hair, of course! 🦁

Kevin Murphy Hydrate-Me Rinse

A very smoothing and moisturizing conditioner for normal to dry hair. A conditioner for hair that cannot be repaired, for hair that is naturally dry or hair that lives in a very dry climate. It nourishes dry hair and camouflages split ends. You can see it as a concealer that hides the damage to the hair. It has a formula full of antioxidants that gives the hair a healthy glow and retains moisture in the hair without weighing it down.

Use:
Apply to freshly washed & damp hair. Leave on for 1-2 minutes, rinse.
1/3 of the conditioner can advantageously be left in the hair.
For best results, use after HYDRATE-ME.WASH.

An extremely smoothing and moisturizing shampoo for normal to dry hair. For hair that is naturally dry, or for hair that stays in a very dry climate. It nourishes dry hair and camouflages split ends. A shampoo with a formula filled with antioxidants that gives the hair a healthy glow and prevents the hair from losing more moisture.

Use:
Apply to wet hair. Massage into hair & scalp, rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
For best results, continue with HYDRATE-ME.RINSE.
