Use:
Apply Blotting powder with the powder puff. A small amount is enough. Dab lightly on oily parts of the face until you reach the effect you want. For a less mattified finish, use a brush like Finishing brush 310. Hand wash the puff once a week to keep the powder clean and fresh. Use warm water and mild soap. Let it air dry.
