The smooth, ultra-slim tip fills in brows precisely and naturally, and does not need sharpening. The small built-in spoolie brush is ideal for grooming and blending out the color. Vegan.
How To Use:
Brush your brows first. Then fill out the brows to the desired shape with the pencil using light, upward strokes. Finish off by brushing the eyebrows upward again to blend in the color and to perfect the shape of your brows.
