Best mascara ever! 🏆
This was a really spontaneous purchase I made (at another store, it wasn't available at LYKO in Sundsvall back then😢) before my trip to Cape Verde where I needed a waterproof mascara. I have previously gone to a salon and had eyelash extensions for several years. I stopped doing that about 1.5 years ago. I naturally have long lashes and prefer a regular brush head on a mascara and not a silicone brush. Previously, I used the popular “sky high” mascara and Lancome doll eyes, nothing wrong with them. It was just that the sky high mascara wasn’t available before I had to leave, and I had to look for a new one. This one really beats that and it’s just as good as doll eyes from Lancome. The mascara holds on like crazy. In the bath, in the sauna, activities, party nights - this one doesn’t let you be embarrassed by getting black under your eyes or flaking at all. Affordable and separates the lashes nicely. Doesn’t clump and is easy to build up in multiple layers. My colleagues at work thought I had started getting eyelash extensions again after using this mascara. 🤭 Personally, I think a plastic brush separates the strands better and gives better fullness and volume compared to a silicone brush. ➕ plastic brush head ➕ separates nicely ➕ gives volume and fullness ➕ easy to build up in multiple layers ➕ holds like a rock! ➕ doesn’t clump and doesn’t flake ➕ just as good as “doll eyes” from Lancome - but more affordable. 🏆 - The post was made 4 days
Sensitive eyes
Anyone with sensitive eyes who thinks this works? I see it says it’s for sensitive eyes, but I still want to check because I’ve noticed I’ve probably started reacting a bit to mascara lately. If you have sensitive eyes, it may be beneficial to choose a non-waterproof mascara, as they are often perceived as gentler and easier to wash off. An alternative that many with sensitive eyes appreciate is Clinique High Impact Mascara (lyko.com/sv/clinique/clinique-high-impactmascara), which is fragrance-free and developed for sensitive eyes. If you still want to try Lash Paradise Waterproof, I recommend testing it on a day when you are at home, so you can easily remove it if you feel discomfort. Since sensitivity is very individual, it is not possible to guarantee how a product will work for you, even if it is developed with sensitive eyes in mind. If you notice that you react to several different mascaras, it may be good to contact an optician or ophthalmologist to rule out, for example, dry eyes or an allergy. Best mascara🤩
This is my third mascara of the same type, and I have never tried a better one. The mascara gives lots of volume and length, and lasts all day. Since the mascara is waterproof, I had to test it while swimming🌊. The result was very good. My lashes obviously didn’t have the same length and volume as before, but the mascara didn’t smudge at all, which I usually experience as the biggest problem when swimming with mascara. 🥰 The mascara is also very easy to remove. I usually use an oil cleanser, but sometimes I use micellar water meant for waterproof makeup. Waterproof
