Best waterproof mascara
I have tried so many waterproof mascaras, both budget options and some a bit more expensive, but I haven't been able to find one where I don't get black under my eyes - until now! I have gotten a little bit black under my eyes on rare occasions, but if you apply primer and eyeshadow, it holds through spa visits and showers.
