    Great for Oily Skin

    If you really have oily skin, you will finally be happy with this foundation. I have tested everything from Estee Lauder Double Wear, Dior Forever Matte, Armani, Bobbi Brown, etc., whether with or without primer, I shine after 1 hour and at the latest after 3 hours everything settles and the foundations break apart. The Lumene Oil Control really mattifies extremely well and lasts all day! I am very impressed. Sure, the skin shines a bit after many hours, but it is incomparable to all other products. I recommend applying the foundation with a damp beauty blender, the result is really beautiful and even with medium coverage. If you need more coverage in certain areas, just dab a second layer on top or use a matte concealer spot-wise. I use the color 00 (this is very light with slightly warm undertones). I am really happy and hope that Lumene never changes or discontinues this product.

    Doesn't get oily at all with this foundation like with others. But I would wish for a slightly better coverage.

    Color

    Hi! I'm wondering which color I should take in this foundation? In the Lumene CC color correcting cream, I have the color medium. Are they the same in consistency? I have very dry skin and I'm afraid this will be too dry for my face, but I'm really looking for a good matte foundation. Best, Linda

      Hey Linda I would say that it’s somewhat similar in consistency, and I would recommend checking out the one called medium in this as well I also have very dry skin and therefore find it hard to use a matte foundation. Since I can’t see your skin, it’s hard to say how it will lay, but if you are dry, this foundation might become drier on your skin. If you find that you get areas on your face that become slightly oily, I would recommend putting a powder right there - it’s really super Take care!

Matte Oil-control Foundation SPF20 is a full coverage liquid foundation with all day mattifying effect for a naturally matte and fresh finish throughout the day. Ideal for oily and combination skin, the lightweight texture with balancing niacinamide and a potent mix of Nordic meadowsweet and Arctic roseroot reduces excess shine and helps to diminish the look of pores and blemishes. Offers natural mineral sun protection against UVA/UVB rays (SPF 20). Non-comedogenic.

Use:
With this foundation, a little goes a long way, and therefore dab a small amount at a time on your face, starting from the middle part and then moving outwards using a sponge, an applicator or your fingers. The Matte Foundation can be layered for extra coverage.
