    Best waterproof mascara

    I have tried so many waterproof mascaras, both budget options and some a bit more expensive, but I haven't been able to find one where I don't get black under my eyes - until now! I have gotten a little bit black under my eyes on rare occasions, but if you apply primer and eyeshadow, it holds through spa visits and showers. It doesn't quite get a full score as I don't always like how the lashes look after application, but this is mainly due to my own lashes. #lykoreview
