They contain, among other things, madecassoside, centella asiatica, and niacinamide, which can have a soothing effect and help reduce visible redness and uneven skin tone, so they can be good for red marks after pimples, but results vary and they do not remove marks overnight. Great product that worked quite well for my problem skin. Relatively generous with the number of pads inside, but didn’t get any miracle results. Super god. I usually use one piece and spread it all over my face and let it sit on my forehead until it dries out by itself, gives good moisture. I use this morning and night, especially on my forehead after cleanser and before moisturizer again.
