Mixing?
I bought Montibello's 7.34 and 6.36 and mixed them, was super happy with the result but wished it was a little deeper and more "muted" red/copper color in the result, thought it leaned a bit too much towards just gold/orange/yellow. Would it work to swap one of the colors for this one next time? My hair is naturally between 6 and 7.67 views- Customer service at Lyko3 weeksHey Emma!😊 This gives a deeper and more muted copper tone than your previous mix ✨ It leans less towards gold/orange and more towards red/copper, which makes it perfect if you want a more nuanced result on your hair that is around level 6–7. Take care!🥰

Toning or permanent?
I bought this since it was listed under toning. But on the packaging I received, it says permanent color. Did I get the wrong one?137 views- Hairdresser at Lyko1 monthHey Jeanette! 👋🏼 I understand that it can feel a bit confusing! The products we sell are generally classified as toning, but this particular color can actually be used both as toning and permanent color depending on the strength of hydrogen peroxide you mix with. In your assortment, it is only available as toning with milder hydrogen peroxide 🤍 Have a nice day ☀️1 likes

Incredible color
I recommend going to the store for advice on coloring. I think you need to know a bit about what you're doing and can expect what the numbers mean and the expected result based on your base color. There, you can also see the color chart and hold it up to your face and hair to see the expected result. After that, I can say that this is the best at-home color I've used. The result is even, the color is super pretty and exactly what I expected. I'm super satisfied. It should be a real salon color, and it really feels that way. It's much more expensive than other at-home colors, which is a downside, but I really don't regret it. I chose to experiment by applying it to damp hair and leaving it on for 20 minutes. I started from untreated 7-8. I would say I got a slightly darker result than the picture shows.779 viewsto leave a comment
MontibelloDénuéeOTC 7.42 Blonde Copper Iridescent
Dénuée hair toning
Just like Oalia but so much more.
- Fragrance-free
- 100% Vegan
- 90% Organic ingredients
- A totally new water-based formula.
- 100% eco-friendly packaging.
Super easy to work with and requires less water for rinsing out.
For up to 2 applications/uses: 2 application bottles with DÉNUÉE Activating Cream Refresh (activator) (2 x 60 ml). 1 tube of DÉNUÉE Ammonia-free toning (60 ml). 2 pairs of plastic gloves.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
Dénuée OTC has a higher moisture content than OALIA.
When using cool, gray shades on light hair, you might want to shorten the processing time a bit due to the higher moisture content.
- Dénuée delivers a more powerful color
- Dénuée provides better coverage
- Dénuée may appear darker
- It might be necessary to recommend a shade one step lighter
- Dénuée lasts longer
Usage:
For a more intense result, apply the mixture to dry hair. For a more subtle effect, apply the mixture to damp, towel-dried hair.
Use plastic gloves.
Squeeze out ½ tube (30 ml) of the color cream into one of the application bottles containing the activating cream. Close the application bottle and shake it well until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Break off the top of the application bottle and evenly apply the color mixture at the roots, starting at the nape and finishing at the temples. Then distribute the mixture throughout the hair. Let the mixture sit for 20-30 minutes. Once the processing time is up, rinse the hair thoroughly and generously with lukewarm water.
For a better and more long-lasting result, wash the hair with a shampoo for colored hair
