Good!
I have been using Nioxin Anti-Hairloss Shampoo every day for about a month now. I like the feeling it gives and it smells fresh, feels cooling on the scalp, and is nice to massage in. It should be added that my hair gets very dry after shampooing, but after the conditioner, it becomes soft again. The overall experience of using it is really positive. The shampoo lathers just right and leaves the hair super clean. But when it comes to the effect on hair loss... I am a bit more skeptical. I have followed the instructions carefully, massaged it in for two minutes every day, and used the serum afterwards as recommended. Despite that, I haven't seen any significant difference in how much hair I am losing. There might be a little less hair in the shower, but nothing noticeable. I think you need to test this for a few months to determine. I plan to continue for a while longer, as some products take time to show results, and I still like how my hair feels afterwards. If you are losing hair so that you have bald spots, talk to your doctor. Otherwise, all people lose 150 hair strands a day, and during the hair's resting phase, which lasts for 3 months, the hair strands stay in place but do not grow, and those hair strands fall out after the resting phase. When they fall out, you lose even more hair, but then you have had time to grow new healthy hair that is in the process of growing. This shampoo you are using here contains sulfates like many other shampoos, and sulfates wash away the hair's natural oils and thus dry it out. Sulfates are chemicals that are also found in cleaning agents and detergents, among others. I only use sulfate-free shampoo. I use Ida Warg, but google or ask your hairdresser or at the pharmacy for a shampoo for your specific hair.

Too strong for dry hair
I thought I would try this shampoo that is so hyped for helping with hair loss, as I have lost some hair in connection with weight loss. Unfortunately, this was too strong and drying for my hair and scalp, which are drier than before. I should have checked the ingredients list first, it states that it contains lauryl sulfate, which is a strong surfactant that is not used very often. And here you were supposed to use this for 10 days in a row... it only took two washes with this shampoo to realize that this isn't going to work. Not particularly moisturizing but I feel my hair is healthier & thicker!
This gets 3.5 out of 5 ⭐ from me First impression is how nice the bottle is! Elegant look with beautiful colors. You don't need much of the product to cover the hair. It spreads easily in the hair when you rub the product in. Very mild mint scent, which was okay but it contributed a bit to lowering my rating. When rinsing the product out of the hair, it feels quite dry, which was also a contributing factor for the lower rating.. But I have actually experienced that my hair has become thicker and "tighter" during the testing period! Beautiful & smells lovely
I have been testing this product for a few weeks now in collaboration with Smartson. I was skeptical at first, but I still feel positively surprised! It smells, like several other products from this brand, like walking into a peppermint bakery - wonderfully sweet, but fresh and delicious! So far, I haven't seen any difference in hair loss, but I feel that this shampoo is a better alternative than the brand's other shampoos for us with curls. It feels moisturizing, soft, and the curls hold up. I will buy another round for myself and continue testing, so we can determine if it helps.
