This is super good. Helps my stomach function. I've been using these for a long time now.

I guess I don't completely agree with our dear Rudolf (Sune's Summer) about this 😂 But these are supposed to build up the tan from the inside and counteract sun damage and sun eczema. I've been taking them for just over a month now and I'm very satisfied. Now the sun has finally made its entrance here in Skåne and this sun worshiper absolutely has to go out and soak up the sun every chance she gets. But I want to protect myself from the harmful effects of the sun, while of course wanting to get a little color and just enjoy the sun's rays on my skin 🥰☀️ I feel like I've gotten color a little faster than usual, I've been out in the sun quite a bit now and have already gotten a little color. I think this has helped! I haven't gotten sun eczema or anything like that, which I usually get quickly unfortunately.
