The mask was damaged
This was a disappointment. My mask came in several pieces. When I pulled it out of the bag, there were small crumpled pieces left in the bag. It became a bit of a puzzle to figure out which pieces went where. It wasn't the relaxing cozy time I had been looking forward to. More of a frustrating irritation where the mask ultimately ended up in the trash. I don't know if this was a production error. Broken..
It was already broken when I opened it, and then when I still tried to untangle it to use it, it broke into tiny tiny pieces.
