Unfortunately changed formula
I've had this conditioner for several years, but now it has apparently changed formula and unfortunately for the worse. The consistency is now thin like a shampoo and therefore doesn't stay in the hair but just runs off. Therefore, you need to use a lot of product to get any effect at all. My hair is incredibly frizzy and has curls/waves. Sometimes it feels like I’ve tried EVERYTHING for my hair and I experience that after a while it "gets used" to the product and the actual feeling stops working in some way, which results in having to go out into the jungle again and look for a new product… BUT with this series, I really feel that it has held up all the way, it gives incredible shine and feel, plus I think my frizz has calmed down a bit and I really notice that my hair isn’t getting as damaged as before.
