Change in Consistency
Hi! I have been using Rituals Mehr body lotion for a long time, and it has been one of my favorite products. However, in my most recent order, I noticed that the product's consistency seems to have changed. Previously, the body lotion was clearly thicker and firmer, whereas now the consistency is noticeably looser. I would like to inquire whether the product's consistency or formula has been changed, or if this could be due to a single production batch.
