I think this face cream is great for my sensitive skin. I tend to get pimples easily and got a few small ones at first, but once my skin got used to it, there have been no problems. I both see and feel a difference in my barrier, my skin really benefits from this. It's perfect to use after retinal, which I've started trying, and I experience no irritation at all.
