Use:
Shake the tube: Shake the tube of sunscreen well before use to mix the ingredients.

Pump the product: Pump a generous amount of sun milk into the palm of your hand. It is recommended that you use at least a teaspoon for the face and a little more for the body to ensure adequate protection.

Warm up: Rub your hands together to warm the sunscreen before applying. This will help ensure a more even application and better absorption.

Apply to the face: Start by spreading the lotion evenly over your face. Make sure all areas are thoroughly covered, including the ears and neck, but avoid direct contact with the eyes.

Apply to the body: Next, apply the sun milk to your body. Massage thoroughly to ensure even coverage.

Repeat the application: Apply at least 15-30 minutes before going out in the sun and repeat every 2 hours.

Special attention: Remember to pay particular attention to sun-exposed areas such as the shoulders, neck, nose and ears.

Avoid exposure to the sun during its most intense hours: Avoid direct sunlight between 2am and 4pm when the sun is strongest and wear protective clothing in addition to sunscreen.
