Surprisingly moisturizing
This is an excellent basic eye cream for day use.
It's moisturizing but still dries down quickly with no tacky feeling so it's easy to wear under makeup.
It doesn't contain any ingredients beyond those that moisturize so you will need to use a separate treatment eye cream at night if you need something like that.21 views
