    The average rating

    Hi, I wonder about the same thing that someone commented on the review below, how come the average rating is only 1.5/5 when 8 out of 9 ratings are 5 🌟? Does one single rating really pull the average down that much? I've noticed this on several other products as well, that the average is very low even though the majority have given 5 or maybe 4 🌟..
